I have held every marketing position from sales rep to marketing research to market development to sales manager to product manager to marketing manager. I study the historical successes and failures of companies to learn what works and does not work. I do not teach. I help students learn. This means I guide them, but the students have to put the work/effort into learning.

Aharon Hibshoosh: Research Areas and Expertise I have over 50 years of experience in education, research, industry. I am a senior statistician, an active marketing researcher with international reputation, and a competent microeconomics and econometrics modeler. I worked in a variety of institutions: Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, AT&T, Pacific Stock Exchange, Longs Drugs, Futures Trading Inc. and others. My education is interdisciplinary: Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics and the Social Sciences (Sociology, Law and Political Science). I am interested in researching complex and challenging business and economics problems that require mathematical and /or statistical modeling. Credentialed with both CPA and CFA designations, Albert has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and policy-making. He was either a co-founder, CFO and VP Operations, or controller at several start-up companies funded by venture capital or corporate sponsorship. His expertise includes building the entire organizational infrastructure, establishing overseas operations in China, due diligence and acquisition/spin-off of the companies. Albert has worked as a private banker, served as regional CFO in Southeast Asia, and employed as management consultant in M&A and corporate restructuring assignments. He received both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and had worked at Outbid, TechLive, Wigix, IBM/Cyanea Systems, Wells Fargo, and Arthur Andersen among others.

Dan Sevall brings more than a dozen years of corporate finance leadership from a number of well-established Silicon Valley companies. Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, Treasury and Finance Operations has allowed Professor Sevall to offer students unique insights into the world of corporate finance. Research interests focus on behavioral economics and finance, with a focus on sustainability-related issues. Outside the classroom, Professor Sevall ‘enjoys’ P90x and Insanity, as well as being an avid chess player.

Apart from teaching, Jeannine works with clients in a clinical setting. Furthermore, Jeannine is a workshop facilitator and is a frequent contributor to a nationwide periodical. She is a member of the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (STP) as well. Jeannine has several research interests, including, cognitive development/neuroscience, obedience and conformity, as well as animal-assisted therapy (AAT). Outside of work, Jeannine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading about current developments in the field of Psychology.
